This site closely resembles the house at 108 Vanderbilt Blvd in terms of style and decorative features.

This house was built as part of Idle Hour Development, after William K. Vanderbilt’s mansion was sold to developers.  The current owner said that there was a twin of this house in the development but she could not recall the exact address.

Interview with home owner, September 2004. (No contact information given)
