Description:
This is one of many vernacular Arts and Crafts houses on the lower part of Handsome Avenue. This house stands two-and-a-half stories high and fours bays wide, and has a square plan. Its low-pitched hipped roof features wide overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. The exterior is of beige-painted stucco. Three arched bays create the integrated porch. A pair of windowed doors are centrally placed beneath the porch; on each side are pairs of windows. The windows throughout the house are one-over-one double hung replacements. An interior brick chimney is located toward the rear of the house.
