Description:
This motel stands just next to an inlet among marinas and other maritime industrial buildings. The building has an eave-front-gable-end roof and is very long; it stands eight bays wide. The fenestration and entrances are irregular. The building may have been constructed in sections at different times, as there appear to be seams and differences in height. Shed dormers feature on the south façade toward the water. The windows are six-over-one double hung replacements, except for the row of four small, square casements.
