Satya Pradeep, Artistic Director of Nritya Saagaram Dance Academy will be presenting a showcase of Indian Classical Dance along with her students. Satya has strived to raise the cultural awareness of Classical Indian Dance, both within and outside her community. To this end, Satya has extended the outreach of two major dance forms (Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi) by presenting at various educational institutions, cultural organizations, residential facilities (assisted living) and libraries in Long Island and beyond. The “Dance” forms presented go back to more than 3000 years. The performance will conclude with an interactive session with the audience.
