Description:
This one and a half story folk house has a hipped roof and a rectangular plan. It features an enclosed front porch with a hipped roof on the west façade. A set of ribbon windows and the front door are set into the porch front. Built of frame construction, the house is clad in wood shingle and asphalt roofing. The corner boards and window and door frames are painted white. The windows throughout the house are six-over-six and eight-over-eight double hung replacements. There is an interior brick chimney toward the rear of the house.
